Replacement or return is your right, our partner.
You can return the product within 3 days from the date of order arrival, but you must ensure that the product has not been used before returning it and that it is in the same condition as when the order arrived.
Who bears the costs of shipping products back to the Badil location?
If our products are defective, do not match the description, or there is an error in the product ordered, we will cover the full shipping or delivery cost. Otherwise, the partner must pay.
When will you receive the amount in case of a refund request?
Via bank transfer if you paid for the order in cash or by wire transfer. The refund process takes up to 3 business days from the date the returned product arrives at Bada'il.
For partners who paid via Mada or credit card, the refund process may take up to 10 business days from the date the returned product arrives at Bada'il's website for the amount to reach your card.
When will the product arrive to you if I request an exchange?
It will reach you within two business days in Riyadh from the date we receive the exchanged product, and within four business days if the partner is located outside Riyadh. Please note that the partner bears the shipping costs for returning the exchanged product and shipping the replacement product.
When the order is not received by the partner
If the partner does not receive the order he received at the agreed time, the partner shall bear the cost of returning the shipment.
